Job Opportunity: Commercial Resilience Lead

Location: Any Mars site globally
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're looking for a strategic and commercially focused Commercial Resilience Lead to drive our resilience agenda across the Commercial landscape.

This role connects supply risk, pricing volatility, and supplier dynamics directly to P&L and GSV performance, delivering practical, actionable insights that protect and enable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver a multi-year Commercial Resilience roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • Translate supply and pricing risks into clear P&L and GSV impacts, driving action
  • Partner with Commercial teams to implement hands-on, proactive risk mitigation


Risk Ownership
  • Manage key risk areas: single source, supply disruption, geopolitical, and third-party risk
  • Build early warning systems and lead end-to-end resilience and stress testing
  • Monitor supplier health and drive actionable interventions


Digital & Data
  • Embed analytics, AI, and risk simulation tools into decision-making
  • Enable N-tier supply visibility to move from reactive to predictive risk management


Governance & Leadership
  • Support and implement Commercial Resilience policy and contingency planning
  • Represent resilience strategy in senior leadership forums


About You
  • Strong cross-functional leader in a global, matrixed environment
  • Deep experience in commercial, procurement, or supply chain
  • Able to turn complex risk into clear, strategic action
  • Excellent stakeholder management, from teams to senior leadership
  • Solutions-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Digitally fluent, with a focus on data and predictive insights
