Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a multi-year Commercial Resilience roadmap aligned to business priorities
- Translate supply and pricing risks into clear P&L and GSV impacts, driving action
- Partner with Commercial teams to implement hands-on, proactive risk mitigation
Risk Ownership
- Manage key risk areas: single source, supply disruption, geopolitical, and third-party risk
- Build early warning systems and lead end-to-end resilience and stress testing
- Monitor supplier health and drive actionable interventions
Digital & Data
- Embed analytics, AI, and risk simulation tools into decision-making
- Enable N-tier supply visibility to move from reactive to predictive risk management
Governance & Leadership
- Support and implement Commercial Resilience policy and contingency planning
- Represent resilience strategy in senior leadership forums
About You
- Strong cross-functional leader in a global, matrixed environment
- Deep experience in commercial, procurement, or supply chain
- Able to turn complex risk into clear, strategic action
- Excellent stakeholder management, from teams to senior leadership
- Solutions-driven, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Digitally fluent, with a focus on data and predictive insights
