Dafür suchen wir Sie:

To strengthen our brand management team, we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as a brand designer, with a focus on further developing and maintaining our visual brand identity.

In corporate branding, we focus on consolidating the brand positioning and identity of the BAADER Group and its associated brands, and on building trust and credibility at every touchpoint within our global brand ecosystem. Working closely with our Head of Corporate Branding and a small team, you will play a key role in shaping the perception of this dynamic system.

Brand Development & Design

• Further development, maintenance and expansion of our visual brand identity
• Creation of marketing, communications and design assets (Adobe Creative Cloud +)
• Creation and management of dynamic, AI-powered design templates (Templafy +)
• Setting up, optimising and continuously maintaining our digital brand hub (Frontify +)
• Development of design guidelines and systems, ensuring global brand consistency
• Quality assurance of visual outputs prior to approval

Advisory & Collaboration

• Act as an advisor (shared service) for all brands, companies and business units
• Close collaboration with all internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent brand experience
• Coordinating external service providers such as agencies, designers and photographers

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Degree in communication design, graphic design or an equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years' professional experience in brand design at a brand agency or department
• Proven experience in developing brand identities and/or design systems
• Strong skills in graphic and visual design; skills in audiovisual design would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud; good knowledge of Frontify and Templafy;
  knowledge of Confluence, Figma and Jira, and curiosity about AI would be an advantage
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience of working with international teams
• Willingness to travel
