Responsibilities:
- Analyze: Monthly results and provide actionable financial insights in collaboration with global teams.
- Develop: Cost estimates and ensure their consistent application across all disciplines.
- Monitor: Deviations, variances, and trends within financial reports and take corrective actions as needed.
- Partner: With global project teams in areas like Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Research&Development to offer financial guidance and support.
- Collaborate: With Controlling functions in 23 countries to align and streamline financial strategies.
- Prepare: Impactful presentations and reports for the Global Finance Director to facilitate informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Hold: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Controlling, or Operational Finance; Master's Degree in Finance is desirable.
- Bring: First professional experience in operative controlling (e.g., through internships, working student), with a strong desire to grow and build a successful career in finance and controlling.
- Excel: In PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, to handle data efficiently.
- Know: SAP systems or show a strong willingness and aptitude to learn them quickly.
- Demonstrate: A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication and prioritization skills to manage tasks effectively.
- Communicate: Fluently in English, both spoken and written, to operate effectively in a global environment.
