Holiday Worker (f/m/d), Laboratory & Glycol Development (August-September 2026)

Responsibilities:

• Cutting and preparing rubber samples for dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA)
• Operating modern DMA testing equipment to determine viscoelastic material properties
• Conducting temperature, frequency, and time sweep measurements according to internal testing methods
• Evaluating and analyzing measurement data
• Documenting results in standardized reports (e.g., Excel)
• Supporting the interpretation of results with regard to material properties
• Assisting with general laboratory tasks (equipment maintenance, organization, documentation)
• Supporting compound preparation and sample preparation
• Performing and assisting with aging tests

Qualifications:

• Enrolled student (e.g., materials science, chemistry, mechanical engineering, or similar)
• Interest in materials, laboratory work, and testing methods
• Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
