The Regulatory Transaction Reporting team ensures that the bank fully meets its regulatory reporting obligations-both in quality and completeness. This includes analyzing regulatory requirements, implementing them, and monitoring the accuracy of reporting data for all traded financial instruments. This function requires close collaboration with Trading, Sales, Structuring, as well as various control and operations units.

  • Analysis and redesign of existing processes
  • Operational support in process execution
  • Development and implementation of optimization ideas
  • Error analysis related to regulatory requirements
  • Support in the implementation of new or changing regulatory requirements


What you'll need to succeed

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
  • You have gained initial practical experience
  • You have good written and spoken English skills
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel & VBA
  • You enjoy working independently
  • You are well organized
  • You have a goal-oriented and structured working style
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and a quick grasp of complex issues
  • You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and show initiative

During your working student position, we offer you exciting practical insights, flexible working arrangements, and attractive learning opportunities in an international environment - with a remuneration of €18.06 gross per hour. This corresponds to classification in collective pay group 3, year 3, in accordance with the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement for the private banking sector.

In addition, for the period during which you are employed as a working student with us, and adjusted to the agreed working time factor, you will receive a pro rata 13th salary. Based on full-time employment over an entire year, this amounts to €3,052 gross.
