What this role is about
As a Working Student in HR Operations / Coordination (m/f/d), you support our team with all administrative topics related to the employee lifecycle of students. You contribute to ensuring that processes are carried out in a structured and efficient manner and act as an important point of contact for internal stakeholders. In addition, you serve as a contact person for our candidates and help ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Your day-to-day work
- Employment Contracts & Documents: You assist in the preparation of employment contracts and ensure the complete and accurate filing of all relevant documents.
- Onboarding: You support the onboarding of new students and assist with the preparation and follow-up of all onboarding-related steps.
- Interview Coordination: You help schedule interviews, coordinate appointments with departments and candidates, and ensure a smooth process.
- Document Management: You request important documents (e.g., certificates of enrollment), review them, and ensure proper and organized filing.
- Time Management: You act as a point of contact for monitoring and filing working time records and support ensuring data accuracy.
- HR Administration: You support the HR team with additional administrative tasks and help maintain structured and efficient day-to-day processes.

- You are studying business administration, business psychology, or a comparable field
- Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience in HR or an office environment
- You are motivated to gain insights into HR work and to proactively drive topics forward
- You work in a structured, diligent, and reliable manner and take ownership of your tasks
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have very good German and good English language skills

Compensation
- Mandatory internship: €1,000 / month
- Voluntary internship: €2,224 / month
- Working student (Bachelor): €17 / hour
- Working student (Master): €20 / hour
