Tasks
The goal of your assignment is to provide communication support to employees at both locations and to assist with projects at the departmental level. Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Planning, designing, and executing events, workshops, and other communication formats
  • Helping to shape the editorial and content aspects of our communication initiatives (e.g., newsletters, articles, presentations)
  • Support in project management, particularly in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as the creation and preparation of relevant documents
  • Collaboration in the implementation and tracking of OKRs for measuring and steering the division's goals


Requirements
Are you looking for an exciting internship at the intersection of communications and management? Then put your organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and MS Office knowledge to work and gain valuable hands-on experience in communications, event management, and project management!

  • At the time of the internship, you must be in at least your third semester of studies in Communication and Media Studies, Business Psychology, Business Administration or related
  • Proof of enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship must take place between your bachelor's and master's programs (gap year)
  • Strong communication skills, ideally editorial experience, plus good German and English
  • Good organizational skills
  • Some experience in event planning
  • High initiative and willingness to take responsibility
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Good MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Word
