Tasks

  • Handling imports (focus on sea- andairfreight) for the European market as well as following-up all relevant importdocuments
  • Working in close collaboration withshipping companies, import agents as well as with European distribution centresand other internal Nintendo departments
  • Taking care of the customs clearanceprocesses, tariff classifications and tax assessment notes
  • Being a main contact for customs officesand Federal Statistical office
  • Handling general administration likeinvoice matching, cost comparisons, reporting and filing


Requirements

  • Commercial education, education as aForwarding Agent would be an advantage
  • Relevant working experience in the area ofimport shipments and customs handling
  • Good German and English skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especiallyExcel
  • A precise, well-structured, responsibleapproach to work and the ability to work well with a team
