Job Description
Provides oversight of retail operations and staff during assigned shift. Operating in a combined operation (under same roof or within close proximity) of Retail/Food, Retail/Retail (remote locations only), or Retail/Services. (See volume standards for further clarification).

THIS IS A REGULAR FULL TIME COMBINED ACTING SHIFT MANAGER POSITION FOR THE ANSBACH URLAS MAIN STORE LOCATED IN ANSBACH. THIS POSITION DOES NOT OFFER POST ALLOWANCE, BUT OTHER EXCHANGE BENEFITS: VACATION AND SICK LEAVE, HEALTH INSURANCE, 401K, AND RETIREMENT.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF RETAIL, FOOD AND/OR SERVICES MANAGEMENT/SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE EXCHANGE RETAIL MANAGEMENT TRAINING (RMT) OR RETAIL MANAGEMENT ACADEMY (RMA) TRAINING PROGRAM MUST COMPLETE SERVSAFE 5460 WITH 30 DAYS OF ASSUMING POSITION (RETAIL/FOOD ONLY) APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY DURING STORE OPERATING HOURS.
Job Qualifications
1 year of retail, food and/or services management/supervisory experience is required. The hiring supervisor may accept successful completion of one of the following training programs as a substitute for one year of experience: Retail/food: National Brand Fast Food (NBFF), Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA), Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.Retail/services: Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs. -Must complete ServSafe (5460) within 30 days of assuming position (retail/food only).
If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.
Major Duties
Resolves day-to-day issues that arise during shift.
Ensures customer service is maintained at a high level, identifying ways to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supervises, trains, develops, and schedules associates for current positions and future growth.
Assists with the coordination of sales promotion activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
