Funnel and Performance Specialist (m/f/d) parental leave replacement

For this position, we offer an annual salary of 63,000 to 68,000 (gross, full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.
This position is a parental leave cover for one year, starting in September 2026.

Tasks:

  • Drive global After Sales KPI tracking aligned to market strategy;
  • maintain a live dashboard,deliver variance analysis and gapclosure actions
  • Manage the servicecontract pipeline across the fleet to boost coverage, conversion, andrenewal health, supported by playbooks and governance cadences
  • Forecast churn and revenue; run scenario planning to inform longterm decisions andresource allocation
  • Strengthen cashflow discipline by monitoring DSO/overdues and enforcing contractualobligations using toolkits tailored to customer profiles and root causes
  • Elevate regional capability through training, bestpractice sharing, regular crossregionalsyncs and feedback loops
  • improve servicetoinvoice timeliness and quality with RegionSuppor



Skills:

  • 1+ years' experience in Commercial Operations/After Sales/Sales/Services within complex, international environments
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • Proficient with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), BI (Power BI/SAC), advanced Excel; collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strengths in strategic thinking, datadriven decisionmaking, process design, changemanagement, executive stakeholder management, and crosscultural communication
  • Core competencies: influence without authority, structured problemsolving, commercialacumen, governance & risk management, program management, and compelling storytelling
  • Languages: fluent English and fluent German; additional languages are a plus
