Position Overview
We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Enterprise Account Executive to help grow our presence across the UK and EMEA market. This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise software sales professional who thrives in developing strategic partnerships, managing customer relationships,working in support of partners sales teams,andidentifyingnew business opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.
As a key member of our Sales team, you will serve as our local market representative in the UKand Ireland, building strong relationships with customers, partners, SAP-focused consultancies, and technology vendors. You willbe responsible forgenerating and managing sales opportunities frominitialengagementthroughto successful close, while also supporting long-term customer growth and retention.
This role combines elements ofEnterpriseSales, Channel Management, BusinessDevelopmentand Customer Success.
WhatYou'llDo:
- Develop and execute territory growth strategies across the UK &European market
- Identify,qualifyand manageenterprisesales opportunities from prospecting through contract execution
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders within customer organizations
- Developa strong understanding of customer business challenges and position solutions that deliver measurable value
- Maintainaccuratepipeline management, forecasting and reporting through Salesforce CRM
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic partners, including SAP, system integrators, software vendors
- Develop go-to-market initiatives with partners to generate new business opportunities
- Support partner enablement and ongoing relationshipmanagement
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned partners
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers,identifyingexpansion, cross-selland up-sell opportunities
- RepresentVersaFileat industry events, conferences, and partner meetings (some travel will berequired)
- Build market awareness andestablisha strong local presence
What SkillsYou'llHave:
- 5-years of enterprise software sales, business development, channel sales, or partner management experience
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Demonstrated success developingstrategic customer and partner relationships
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Experienceworkingwithin the SAP ecosystem or complementary enterprise solutions
- Exposure to ERP, documentmanagementor content management technologies
