The Senior Business Development Manager FAS (Facility Services) plays a key role in supporting the development and implementation of the global business development and sales strategy. Working closely with the Business Line Leader, this role ensures that all activities are carried out efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with the overall FAS strategy.
Core responsibilities include building and managing global tier one key accounts as well as important regional customers. By delivering compelling value propositions, ensuring strong internal coordination, and maintaining high ethical sales standards, this position significantly contributes to business growth, customer satisfaction, and the strengthening of long-term strategic relationships.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Develops and executes the overall business development and sales strategy for the FAS business in the EU in close collaboration with BL leadership and regional stakeholders
Leads and coordinates business development efforts across EU Business Lines, ensuring alignment, resource planning, and successful delivery throughout project and program lifecycles
Identifies and grows strategic regional FAS accounts, sells and closes engagements, and drives cross-selling opportunities with other Business Lines
Ensures consistent and aligned marketing messaging by collaborating with corporate and FAS marketing teams on sales collateral, proposals, presentations, and industry engagement
Builds strong relationships, demonstrates leadership and accountability, fosters collaboration, continuous improvement, and represents the company at regional industry events
Oversees proposal development processes, partners with internal teams, manages regional travel requirements, and performs additional duties as needed
