About the role
As Global Senior Brand Manager for Finish, you will lead key innovation initiatives across our global portfolio and play a critical role in delivering the 3-year strategic growth plan. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and markets to build and execute a strong innovation pipeline, leading large-scale projects from concept through to investment approval.
In this role, you will combine data-driven insights with strategic thinking to shape impactful innovation, strengthen long-term profitability, and contribute to advancing the sustainability agenda.
Your responsibilities
- Lead global innovation projects end-to-end, from concept to investment approval, ensuring delivery on time and to quality standards
- Build and manage a strong innovation pipeline aligned with global and regional growth priorities
- Translate consumer and market insights into clear product, packaging, claims, and pricing strategies
- Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply, Finance, Markets) to drive execution and successful market delivery
- Drive productivity and margin improvement initiatives across product and packaging, from idea to implementation
- Contribute to strategic planning and performance management through analysis, business cases, and tracking of key initiatives
The experience we're looking for
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Brand Management or Product Management within FMCG or a similar consumer-focused industry (Laundry/Food/Personal Care)
- Proven experience managing product innovation and launching new products to market
- Strong understanding of commercial drivers, including pricing, profitability, and P&L
- Experience using data and insights to inform marketing and innovation decisions
- Ability to work in a matrix organization (CGO, MX, Sales, Key Lead Markets)
- Strong interpersonal skills, dealing with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels of expertise
- Fluency in English is required. German language skills are a plus or willingness to learn. Additional languages are considered an advantage
