IHRE AUFGABEN
- Betreuung und Entwicklung regionaler Homecare-/Handelskunden
- Durchführung von Potenzialanalysen und Priorisierung von Kunden
- Umsetzung national definierter Strategien auf regionaler Ebene
- Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Erstellung und Umsetzung von Preis- und Vertragsstrategien bei definierten regionalen Kunden
- Identifikation von Wachstumschancen und Entwicklung entsprechender Maßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit National KAM, Marketing und Klinik
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Kampagnen und Initiativen
- Kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
- Betreuung von Messeständen bei Messen und Kongressen
IHR PROFIL
- Fundiertes Verständnis regionaler Marktpotenziale basierend auf klarer Segmentierungslogik
- Fähigkeit, nationale Strategien wirkungsvoll in konkrete, kundenorientierte Maßnahmen zu übersetzen
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für Umsatzpotenziale sowie für Marktveränderungen und aktuelle Trends
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung in der Steuerung und Entwicklung des eigenen Vertriebsgebiets
- Starke Kompetenz im Aufbau und in der nachhaltigen Pflege von Beziehungen zu relevanten Ansprechpartnern im Handel
- Klare Ergebnisorientierung kombiniert mit einer strukturierten und systematischen Marktbearbeitung
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion oder als regionaler Gebietsleiter eines Pharma-, Medizinprodukte- oder Medizintechnikunternehmens setzen wir voraus
- Ihre Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Reise- und Übernachtungsbereitschaft wird vorausgesetzt
- Sie wohnen im Verkaufsgebiet
