  • As Sales Manager DACH, you will manage a high-growth territory, selling both valantic's best-in-class services and the #1-rated enterprise AI and agentic development platform OutSystems.
  • You will focus on expanding our successful services in the German-speaking markets within Europe.
  • You will own the entire sales cycle - from the initial contact through the moderation of the sales motion to the successful closing.
  • You will work closely with valantic Sales Managers globally as well as with Presales Engineers.
  • Together with the OutSystems sales representatives, you will define and execute the partner strategy to drive new opportunities.
  • You will participate in partner and customer events and actively shape sales campaigns to build and grow the business.
What distinguishes you
  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • You bring experience in technology & services markets and several years of selling agile development services or SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the OutSystems ecosystem or other platform suppliers is a plus.
  • You are confident using CRM platforms to manage the sales cycle and tools such as LinkedIn to identify and engage prospects.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are among your strengths.
  • You are known for your critical thinking, structured working style, and problem-solving attitude.
  • You are an energetic team player with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
