What would be your key responsibilities?
- This role executes brand and customer activations in the German market. It focuses on implementing activation plans and working directly with customers for best in class execution. The position also supports overarching team tasks and is an active part of our one-demand structure with regular customer interaction. Core responsibilities focus on:
- 1. Brand Activation: This role holds accountabilities for our multi-brand initiatives, such as the Christmas Activation or the World Animal Day Activation. The owner will therefore work closely with all brand teams and the regional team to create winning concepts across the portfolios.
- 2. Customer Activation: This role is responsible for all customer activation elements for a specific channel group. In this role, you will be specifically accountable for the Grocery channel in Germany, with Rewe, Edeka or Kaufland. This can include direct customer interaction and presentations, contact point for KAMs and process management and execution of customer individual initiatives.
- 3. Team Responsibilities: The role includes overarching team responsibilities, that can include "strengthen team engagement" or contributing to business-relevant projects such as sustainability, inclusion & diversity, and health & well-being. The position also takes ownership of one cross-team expert function, providing practical support and day-to-day execution within that area.
