Responsibilities:

• Execution of production orders with regard to personnel, tools, machines, and materials
• Implementation, optimization, and control of product flow through to shipment
• Preparation of vacation and shift schedules, taking into account machine capacity plans and component availability
• Implementation and compliance with legal regulations and internal standards, particularly in occupational safety and quality
• Determination and responsibility for key performance indicators such as productivity, scrap rate, and delivery performance

Qualifications:

• Completed technical vocational training; alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience
• Strong sense of responsibility, customer and goal orientation, high level of commitment, and team spirit
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Confident and friendly demeanor, as well as strong and convincing communication skills in German
• Strong organizational skills
