Job Purpose
Cultivate market, find design opportunities and follow up customers by commercial and technical side to acquire business.
Responsibilites and Tasks
• Provide product trainings, information and technical support for the relevant products to Sales, other staff in Europe and customers
• Participate in generating business expansion strategy for the relevant products
• Assist the alignment of strategies and action plans between Murata Europe and Product Divisions in HQ Japan
• Identify and define opportunities for new products or when changes to existing products are required in order to meet changing market needs
• Execute action plans, visit customers, explain value proposition of the products to customers
• Review and report the progress of the action plan to achieve strategical targets
Required Knowledge/Experience
• Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Marketing or comparable technical education in combination with the appropriate professional experience
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in the related market environment
• Profound product knowledge and promotion skills
• Profound commercial skills and (product) marketing knowledge
• Advanced English language skills in speaking and writing, including negotiation and presentation skills
• Good skills in standard software (MS Office, Lotus Notes) and company specific software
• Intercultural competence
• Willingness to make business trips inside and outside of Europe
• Good communication skills
