We are looking for a person who is bringing a special mix of knowledge and skills in commercial awareness, technical understanding, and with strong project management capabilities.
The ideal candidate understands the strategic importance of e-commerce and digital solutions from a sales and technical perspective. You will be responsible for coordinating and guiding external development partners.
In addition, you will play a key role in strengthening the visibility of Dynapac Aftersales across our digital channels. By implementing a clear communication strategy and consistently making noise, you will help drive engagement, increase awareness, and support business growth.
You will be a direct report to the Teamleader Productmanagement and Business Support - Aftermarket.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Be the owner of the Dynapac Digital Aftersales Tools
- Maintain and develop these tools together with external suppliers
- Support digital transformation initiatives within the Aftersales organization
- Identify emerging technologies and innovations that can strengthen Dynapac's market position
- Build internal awareness and engagement around digital aftersales initiatives
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with Dynapac's brand promise
- Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify aftersales success stories and customer value
