Your mission:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll play a key role in building the future of enmacc. With a focus on hiring next-level talent in the energy market and related sectors, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, partner closely with managers and senior leaders in creating and executing our recruitment strategy, and be the first impression to convey who enmaccians are and how we work together.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre talent across different departments.Tech, Product, Revenue, and Operations.
- Create compelling and targeted job descriptions and requirement profiles that effectively communicate enmacc's employer brand and attract the right candidates.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse and innovative channels and platforms, building a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from initial CV screening and interview scheduling to evaluating candidate-role fit and leading offer negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with and provide expert guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process, building strong partnerships and ensuring a consistent and transparent approach.
- Enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging journey that strengthens enmacc's reputation as an employer of choice and cultivates a strong internal and external talent network.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of talent acquisition processes and initiatives, leveraging AI tools, data and best practices to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Your profile
- Proven experience (ideally 4-6 years) in full-lifecycle recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS, tech, startup, or scale-up environment.
- Experience recruiting for roles in Tech or Revenue within a SaaS environment is highly advantageous. Familiarity with the energy domain or an existing network in the sector is a significant plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and provide expert guidance to hiring managers across different departments.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with hands-on experience in Greenhouse preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a valuable asset in our Munich-based environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, capable of thriving in a collaborative and rapidly evolving scale-up culture.
- A solution-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
- Exposure to and understanding of broader People & Culture initiatives, such as employer branding and talent development, with the ability to contribute to these areas is a plus.
