Manufacturing Data Analyst (m/f/d)

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Data Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, standardized, and actionable manufacturing performance insights that enable effective daily performance management. By analyzing factory KPIs, identifying losses, and driving digital reporting solutions, the role supports Connection Point (CP) governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the site.

Your Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Performance Management
  • Analyze and report key manufacturing performance indicators, including TRS, NQC, Productivity, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), where applicable.
  • Ensure standardized KPI definitions and reporting methodologies across the factory.
  • Convert manufacturing data into meaningful insights that support operational decision-making.

Connection Point (CP) Governance
  • Prepare and deliver structured performance analysis for Shift, Daily, Weekly, and 4-Weekly Connection Point meetings.
  • Provide fact-based performance reporting to support rapid decision-making and performance escalation where required.
  • Monitor KPI trends and highlight emerging risks and improvement opportunities.

Factory Intelligence & Loss Analysis
  • Analyze equipment, process, and quality losses using Factory Intelligence (FI) principles.
  • Prioritize downtime, speed, and quality losses to support focused improvement activities.
  • Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Continuous Improvement teams to support root cause analysis and sustainable loss elimination.
Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
  • Perform ad hoc analyses to support operational challenges and improvement projects.
  • Identify performance trends and recommend actions that improve asset utilization and manufacturing efficiency.

Digitalization & Automation
  • Drive automation of manufacturing data collection, reporting, and visualization.
  • Eliminate manual reporting activities by implementing efficient digital solutions.
  • Support the site's digital manufacturing and digital transformation agenda.

Dashboard & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and digital performance boards for Connection Point meetings.
  • Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with business standards.
  • Continuously improve reporting tools to enhance visibility of factory performance.

Your Profile:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret manufacturing data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Understanding of manufacturing KPIs such as TRS, Productivity, OEE, Quality, and Loss Analysis.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
