Working student in Human Resources (m/f/d)

We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

Your Tasks

• You will gain a deep insight into the areas of HR Business, HR Service and HR Recruiting and support our team in the support and recruitment of employees
• You will support the creation and placement of attractive job advertisements to draw the attention of interested candidates to our vacancies
• You will support our HR business partners in day-to-day operations, e.g. by creating references, contracts, certificates and presentations
• You will also support the maintenance of HR master data and time management data in SAP

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in the field of economics or social sciences
• Ideally initial practical experience in the field of human resources
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Application knowledge of SAP desirable
