We are looking for a Sales Engineer Industrial (m/f/d) based in northern/central Germany.

Your Impact

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering technical excellence.

Commercial Responsibilities

• Drive sales volume, revenue, and margin growth in your region

• Build and develop long-term customer partnerships and identify new business opportunities

• Analyze market trends and competition to unlock growth potential

• Manage and qualify leads effectively using CRM tools (Salesforce)

• Deliver compelling customer presentations and value propositions

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, R&D, Product Management)

• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences

Technical Responsibilities

• Lead customer trials, product qualifications, and production start-ups

• Provide first-line technical support and resolve coating line issues

• Conduct line audits and recommend performance improvements

• Work closely with internal experts to implement effective technical solutions

• Continuously develop your knowledge in powder coatings and applications

What You Bring

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or similar (or commercial background with strong technical expertise)

• First experience (2+ years) in paint / coatings, ideally powder coatings industry

• Strong understanding of powder products and applications

• Experience in technical sales and executing sales strategies

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Good command of English

• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office

• Willingness to travel extensively in Germany (~80%)
