IT Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d)

Rosneft Deutschland GmbH, located in Berlin, is currently under trusteeship of the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur).

We hold interests in three German refineries which account for 12% of total processing capacity in the Federal Republic of Germany. We are responsible for the marketing, supply and transportation of mineral oil and renewable energy products throughout Central Europe.

Your tasks

• Lead and develop a team of internal specialists while coordinating external IT service partners
• Coordinate and align daily operations across multiple areas such as Service Desk, End User Services, Private/Public Cloud Services, Network, and Database Services
• Contribute to shaping the IT technology landscape by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting cross-team synergies
• Ensure stable and efficient IT operations across all company locations
• Collaborate closely with the CIO and IOS leadership on priorities, planning, and continuous improvement

Your profile

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in leading IT projects and teams, ideally in IT service or contract management environments
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, storage technologies (file/block/object systems), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization (VMware), operating systems, and databases (Windows, Linux, Oracle, SQL)
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and ITIL best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong analytical, communication skills, a structured approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in English, German knowledge - as an advantage
• Ability to work regularly on site
• Experience supporting or collaborating on data analytics or data warehouse initiatives, especially in environments combining SAP, Snowflake, and other enterprise data sources (as an advantage)
• Hands-on exposure to code and automation PowerShell, Python, git, Infrastructure-as-Code (as an advantage)
