Job Description Summary
The Multi-Market Advisory, Germany Lead is responsible for building and scaling Cushman & Wakefield's Multi-Market Advisory platform in Germany, targeting mid-cap and high-growth occupiers with international real estate portfolios or large domestic portfolios.
The role will drive revenue growth, client / business development and delivery excellence, acting as the single point of accountability for German-headquartered MMA clients while leveraging Cushman & Wakefield's global capabilities through a simplified and fiduciary advisory model.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Commercial Leadership
  • Lead the Germany Multi-Market Advisory growth strategy, aligned to the EMEA MMA platform and business plan objectives
  • Build a sustainable revenue pipeline, targeting German-headquartered mid-caps and high-growth occupiers entering first-generation outsourcing
  • Lead new business origination including RFP responses, pitches and panel submissions, in collaboration with local and EMEA stakeholders
  • Position Cushman & Wakefield as a trusted partner for portfolio strategy, transaction delivery and governance.

Client Leadership & Delivery
  • Act as Account Lead and SPOC for German MMA clients, accountable for overall client outcomes, governance and performance
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of multi-country transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, lease restructures, renewals and portfolio optimisation
  • Ensure delivery is aligned to the MMA Transaction Management Playbook, driving consistency, speed, savings and risk mitigation
  • Manage complex stakeholder environments across client CRE, finance, legal and business leadership

Team & Platform Development
  • Build and lead the Germany MMA team, including Transaction Managers and account support roles
  • Act as a multiplier for local brokerage and advisory teams, freeing market experts to focus on execution while MMA manages complexity
  • Coach, develop and retain high-performing talent, fostering an agile, entrepreneurial and client-focused culture
  • Embed best practice tools, reporting and governance structures

EMEA & Global Collaboration
  • Work closely with the EMEA MMA Leadership to support cross-border clients and shared growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with US and APAC teams ensuring seamless integration and consistent client experience
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of the MMA service line, including pricing models, value propositions and go-to-market strategy


Key Performance Measures
  • Increase MMA revenue generated in Germany
  • Successful targeting, winning and retention of target mid-cap and high-growth clients
  • Client satisfaction, repeat instructions and expansion into broader services
  • Delivery consistency, savings outcomes and risk management across portfolios
  • Team growth, engagement and succession planning
  • Integration with the wider German tenant rep and project management teams


Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Senior leadership experience in transaction management, advisory or occupier real estate
  • Strong knowledge of German and pan-European real estate markets
  • Proven track record of winning and leading multi-country client mandates
  • Ability to operate at Board / C-suite level with complex, change-driven occupiers
  • Commercially astute with strong P&L, pricing and margin management capability
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
