Partnership Director - DACH
You will work cross-functionally across marketing, sales and customer success teams, to help in the execution of go-to-market strategies and programs to drive selection, onboarding and enablement, and driving business through and with channel partners in your region. This role requires a thorough understanding of Insider One's product capabilities, sales processes and partner ecosystem to ensure our go-to-market engine is primed and enabled to collaborate with strategic partners and drive mutual growth.
Responsibilities are categorized into three broad categories: Selection, Onboarding and Transacting with the Partners.

What You Will Do:
- Work with Insider One global offices to continually improve their partnership practices, grow their portfolio of partners, create go-to-market plans, drive expansion opportunities, and manage and grow the partnership
- Manage your pipeline and generate leads for Insider One global offices and for the Insider One Partner Network
- Develop success plans to ensure agency-wide adoption and expansion of Insider One among channel partners' clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to grow channels for Insider One: Sales, Marketing, and the Partner Success Team
- Negotiate partnership terms and present the Insider One Partner Program
What You Will Need:
- BS/BA degree required
- 10+ years of experience in partner sales and business development
- Experience with the B2B SaaS business model
- Experience working for a SaaS company (MarTech preferred) and managing relationships with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators
- Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with channel partners (agencies and ISVs)
- Ability to set clear targets with channel partners and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both large and smaller channel partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and apply simplifying frameworks for broader organizational decision-making and alignment
- Highly output-oriented, with the ability to create high-quality, customer-facing content, including presentations and datasheets
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines
