YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You act as a business accelerator by breaking down complex problems and driving practical solutions end-to-end
• You drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to lasting impact, challenging scope and aligning diverse teams
• You bridge business, technology, and data teams to translate requirements and maintain focus on business outcomes
• You build governance structures that create transparency and ensure new processes or tools are embedded on the ground
• You follow through on initiatives beyond go-live, embedding change into how country teams actually work

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have managed complex, cross-functional programs in operational environments like fleet, logistics, or mobility
• Approach You challenge content by questioning assumptions and pushing for the highest-impact solutions
• Know-how You understand fleet, repair, and logistics operations well enough to steer decisions and assess business cases
• Soft Skills You are able to align stakeholders across teams and countries through influence, not authority
• Skills You get things done across complexity by prioritizing ruthlessly and adapting plans flexibly
• Languages You are fluent in English; German is a plus
