Position: Order Logistics Specialist specialising in SAP

Location: Bremen, Germany

Type: Full-time

Tasks:

• Compilation of materials and production documentation for production orders
• Allocation of documents to production orders (e.g. work papers, project tracking slips)
• Supporting work planning in the set-up of work systems:
• Preparing workstations
• Marking unloading points and production supply areas
• Retrieving materials from the production warehouse and making them available at the inspection stations
• Providing trolleys from the assembly area for the external logistics provider
• Assisting fitters with SAP posting queries
• Monitoring the planned provision of materials at workstations
• Monitoring and escalating tasks as part of shop floor management
• Carrying out material movements and postings in SAP
• Forwarding defective parts to Quality Management
• Supporting the processing of production orders in SAP by correcting incorrect postings and creating rework operations

Requirements:

• Completed specialist vocational training lasting at least 3 years
• Several years' professional experience
• Advanced basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP R-3) MM, PP
• Motor vehicle, forklift and crane licences
• Technical understanding
