Tasks:
- Software testing and documentation; including the selection of suitable testing methods
- Drawing up test specifications and instructions, or designing and implementing automated software tests
- Analysing and reporting on test results
- Monitoring test progress
- Providing support in preparing quotations regarding necessary software tests
- Collaboration with software developers on the implementation of measures to ensure and enhance quality
- Preparation of process documentation (e.g. test concepts)
- Ensuring the required test coverage
- Initial analysis of customer error reports
Requirements:
- Several years' professional experience in software testing
- Very good written and spoken English, particularly technical English
- Completed vocational training in computer science (e.g. FIAN) or a technical degree
- Good knowledge of scripting languages, e.g. Python
- Very good written and spoken German,
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
