Working Student Digital Toxicology (all genders)

Your Tasks

In the field of Computational Toxicology, new technologies are used to develop new and safe active ingredients for Beiersdorf AG.

Become part of our dedicated team and support us actively. We especially need you for:

  • Application of various toxicological prediction models and support integration of new software tools
  • Reporting of results in various standard export formats (e.g. MS Excel or Word)
  • Maintenance and improvement of our computational infrastructure (Windows VM, Azure platform with Linux)
  • Contribution to data management, automatization of reporting and internal workflows
  • Support ongoing business operations and project-related activities


Your Profile

  • Scientific studies at a university or college (e.g., Chemoinformatics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, etc.)
  • Proper enrollment throughout the entire student assistant period
  • Practical experience in programming (e.g., Python or R, bash, cheminformatics tools, or relevant software programs are advantageous)
  • Confident use of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
  • Analytical thinking, as well as organized and conscientious work is desired
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team
  • Nice to have: Experience working with agentic AI systems and AI-driven workflow automation
  • Nice to have: Experience with version control (e.g. Git)
  • Some of the work must be done on-site in line with the company regulations
