For our HR Team, we are looking for you as
International HR Business Partner
Unlimited - 35 hour-contract
Your mission:
Become a key driver of our HR strategy! You will play an essential role in shaping a positive employee experience by delivering valuable insights through HR analytics, fostering continuous learning and professional growth and ensuring seamless HR operations. Your contribution will help build a dynamic and supportive workplace where employees can thrive.
• HR Strategy & Operations: Actively contribute to our people strategy and support seamless HR processes. Analyze HR data and salary trends to guide strategic decisions.
• HRIS & Digitalization: Lead digital HR projects, serve as our HRIS (SAP) key user, and ensure high data quality to promote data-driven HR management.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Find and attract the right talents through effective employer branding and a positive candidate experience. Manage the end-to-end recruitment, contractual negotiations as well as on- and offboarding processes.
• Employee Engagement & Development: Drive a culture of continuous learning by steering training, development, and talent management initiatives. Organize and moderate performance reviews, annual discussions, and career development plans.
• Employee Relations: Foster a culture of trust, advising employees and leaders on team development and conflict resolution.
• Process Improvement & Projects: Proactively suggest and implement ideas to improve HR processes, introduce new tools, and take ownership of HR-related projects (e.g., feedback culture, Lunch & Learn).
• Budget & Compliance: Support budget planning for training and payroll and advise on German labor law where needed.
Candidate skills & requirements
Your Profile:
• University degree in business, psychology, law with HR focus, or relevant commercial training with HR qualification; coaching certification is a plus.
• At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in an international setting.
• Proven knowledge in German labor law.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills - proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP-based HR systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advisory skills; fluent in both German and English (min. B2).
• Confident, structured and proactive working style; reliable and solution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative spirit and high sense of loyalty and discretion.
