  • Design, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes across sales and after-sales domains.
  • Ensure seamless integration of the MOIA business model into existing VW Group system landscapes and processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, dependencies, releases, testing activities, and risk management to ensure successful delivery.
  • Establish and evolve governance frameworks, process standards, and clear roles and responsibilities across the organization.
  • Own and continuously improve Jira and Confluence governance, enabling transparent, efficient collaboration and high-quality documentation.

What will help you to fulfill your role

  • Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • Significant experience in IT project and program management in complex environments
  • Strong background in process management, modeling, and governance (e.g., BPMN)
  • Proven experience with SAFe, ideally as Epic Owner or in a similar leadership role
  • Track record in integrating new solutions into existing enterprise system landscapes
  • Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence at enterprise level
  • Automotive or VW Group experience is considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured working style and ability to manage complexity
  • Passion for continuous improvement, organizational effectiveness and delivering sustainable business value

We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds - even if you don't meet every requirement. If you're excited about the role and MOIA's mission, we'd love to hear from you!
