About the tasks :

Join Reju, subsidiary of Technip Energies, at the heart of an innovative textile-to-textile regeneration plant in Frankfurt. As a V.I.E - Operations Finance Analyst M/F, you will play a key role at the intersection of finance, data, and industrial operations, supporting the performance of a cutting-edge production site.

Reporting to both the Managing Director in Germany and the Control Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in cost analysis, performance monitoring, digital tools (ERP/Power BI)

and process optimization. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop strong business and analytical skills in a fast-paced, international environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track production costs (materials, labor, energy, maintenance) to provide clear visibility on plant performance

  • Monitor variance between actuals, budget, and forecasts, identify root causes, and support corrective actions

  • Ensure accurate allocation of cost drivers to reflect true operational performance

  • Work closely with production, maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to understand their challenges and support decision-making

  • Contribute to building reliable forecasts and performance scenarios

  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve efficiency across the plant

  • Support the development of Power BI dashboards and analytics tools using ERP (Oracle Cloud) data

  • Collaborate with internal experts to enhance data quality, reporting automation, and visibility

  • Take part in process optimization initiatives, including procurement-to-pay (P2P) workflows and cost tracking methods

  • Participate in structuring and formalizing processes to support future certifications

About you :

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Economics

  • Strong interest in finance, data analysis, and industrial operations

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment

  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting

  • Fluent in English and French / Intermediate in German (fluent is a plus)
