Technical Business Coordinator (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact person for customer relations within the Freudenberg Group
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle, from product and project creation through to complaint handling
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Production, Purchasing, Laboratory) to ensure successful implementation of customer requirements
  • Maintain and further develop customer master data, while professionally managing and following up on customer inquiries
  • Independently create and maintain products and projects within the relevant systems
  • Coordinate and oversee the complete project lifecycle, including complaint management
  • Actively shape and continuously improve interfaces, processes, and information flows
  • Prepare and maintain reports, forecasts, and analyses to ensure transparency and operational efficiency
  • Support the positioning of the company as a reliable, innovative, and service-oriented partner within the Freudenberg Group


Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, university degree, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in managing customers or internal stakeholders, ideally within an industrial environment
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with diverse stakeholders
  • Structured, self-reliant working style combined with a strong service-oriented mindset
  • Experience in project management and the ability to coordinate and manage complex processes
  • Strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of business processes
  • Basic technical knowledge or experience in a technical environment is desirable
  • Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Germany; this is not a traditional field sales position
