Title: Executive Director Client Production Solutions & Growth (Publicis Production)

Location: Germany (with DACH regional remit and an international / global remit on pitches)

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer, Leo Germany (direct line)and Chief Client Officer EMEA, Publicis Production (dotted line)

As Executive Director Client Production Solutions & Growth, you will spearhead Publicis Production's growth strategy and client solution development in the DACH region, as well as on global pitches and international new business opportunities across markets. This role blends responsibilities of business development- driving new business through national and global pitches as well as organic growth and revenue expansion on existing clients - with those of a client solutions leader where you will be conceiving, designing, costing, and selling integrated production solutions that unlock value for our clients. You combine the work of a commercial seller with that of a true production expert who is equally at ease shaping the offer and costing it. You will be a key stakeholder on all national and global pitches in our region that ask for production expertise, ensuring the highest success in new business opportunities. Working closely with the Head of Production DACH and global production teams, you will co-create a world class production offering in DACH. By identifying new opportunities that push the boundaries of what production can achieve and building strong client partnerships, you will help elevate Publicis Production DACH into a trusted, innovative partner for our clients and agencies. This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, and superb collaboration skills to integrate efforts across production, technology, operations, creative, media, and global teams, aligned with our global vision of delivering "intelligent content at scale".

Verantwortlichkeiten

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Growth Strategy & New Business Lead Production: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan for Publicis Production DACH, targeting both existing Publicis Groupe clients and new external opportunities. Set ambitious revenue growth targets and pipeline plans and lead the pursuit of production-led deals (content adaptation, studios, digital production, etc.). Collaborate closely with client leads, business development teams across agencies, and global production growth teams to align regional efforts with global new business initiatives. Take an active role in national, international and global high-stakes pitches and RFPs that require production expertise - crafting winning strategies that highlight Publicis Production's unique capabilities (scale, innovation, tech, cost-efficiency) - and ensure our offering is compelling, competitive, and tailored to client needs. In working closely with the DACH Production leadership team drive innovation and product quality to maximize internalization in line with craft excellence and top line growth. Lead, develop and present our Publicis Production offering, building relationship with senior external stakeholders both clients and pitch consultants, developing business relationships which leads to success.
  2. Client Solution Development & Intelligent Content Offerings: In senior client engagements, you will position production as a strategic value driver, working in close partnership with creative and client leadership. Collaborating closely with the Head of Production DACH, you will design tailored future-ready production solutions that integrate content, technology, data, creative, and media to address complex client challenges. You own each solution from start to finish, conceiving and developing the concept, shaping and designing the offer, building the cost calculation and pricing model, and selling it through to the client. Collaborating closely with the DACH technology lead and operations lead, design innovative, end-to-end solutions - for example, content hubs or in-house studios, dynamic content optimization programs (DCO), or cross-media production packages - that deliver on the Intelligent Content promise of personalized, high-quality content at scale. In collaboration with the Head of Production DACH, you will customize Publicis Production's global offerings to local market needs, ensuring DACH clients benefit from the full suite of Publicis Production capabilities. You will identify emerging client needs and package new services to meet them (e.g. e-commerce content rapid response, automated omnichannel adaptation, etc.), acting as DACH's lead for client production solutions in parallel to global counterparts. Your goal is to create scalable, repeatable solutions that drive client growth and position Publicis Production as a forward-thinking partner in content and production strategy.
  3. Client Partnership & Growth of Accounts: Act as a senior client partner and advisor for key production engagements across DACH. Nurture C-level and senior relationships with clients, ensuring we deeply understand their business objectives and pain points. Proactively consult clients on how production and content solutions can drive their growth (e.g. faster go-to-market, content performance uplift, cost efficiencies). Work with account teams and agency partners to expand our scope within existing client relationships - introducing new production services or pilot programs to solve client challenges while maximizing internalization of production business. Ensure high client satisfaction across all production programs in DACH, intervening at a senior level to remove roadblocks and guarantee that we deliver on our promises. By strengthening trust and demonstrating how our content ecosystem solutions set new standards, you will drive organic growth in accounts and secure long-term partnerships.
  4. Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Collaborate intensively across Publicis' matrix to integrate production solutions seamlessly into broader offerings. Internally, partner with the DACH Production leadership team to ensure our growth plans and solution designs are operationally feasible and aligned with delivery teams. Externally within Publicis Groupe, work with creative agency CEOs, account leads, and media agency leads in DACH to package "Power of One" solutions that embed production at the core. Champion a Power of One mindset by connecting production with creative, media, data, and digital experts to present unified solutions to clients.
  5. Strategic Enablement & Thought Leadership: Collaborating closely with the Head of Production DACH, elevate the positioning of Publicis Production in DACH as a strategic, value-driving partner. Drive the creation of compelling case studies, proof-of-concept pilots, and marketing materials that showcase our production innovations (e.g. intelligent content successes, automation wins, content-performance improvements). Represent Publicis Production DACH in industry forums, client summits, and thought leadership opportunities to articulate our vision for the future of content and. Advocate for continuous improvement and "client-centric innovation" in how we deliver work - ensuring feedback loops from clients are used to refine our services and that DACH remains on the cutting edge of production trends (AI, personalization, new content formats, etc.). Ultimately, be the evangelist for production-led growth within DACH, making sure both our teams and our clients understand and believe in the business impact of advanced production solutions
