Scheduling Specialist (m/f/d)

Oversee our construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely processes and well-coordinated teams across national and international sites.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction sites in close collaboration with project managers and clients
• Ensure projects are executed on schedule and according to plan
• Lead, guide, and supervise internal and external personnel
• Conduct site inspections, including kick-off meetings, handovers, and progress reviews
• Organize and allocate site equipment and materials

Show your expertise

• Completed vocational or technical training, e.g., as a plant mechanic, heating and plumbing installer, heating and water installation technician, pipe fitter (m/f/d), or equivalent
• Proven experience as a site manager or foreman
• Additional qualification as a technician or master craftsman is a plus
• Solid experience in piping or plant construction, preferably in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries
• Willingness to participate in on-site assembly
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and a hands-on approach
