Own features from code to release
Work across iOS and Android
Help shape mobile vs web trade-offs
Raise quality through testing and performance

Solid TypeScript and mobile fundamentals
Ownership mindset and independence
Pragmatic approach, no overengineering
E2E testing and native experience are a plus
