YOUR TASKS:

The Base Maintenance Planning Coordinator is responsible for planning and managing major maintenance events, C / B checks, and related major component changes in accordance with EASA regulations for EAT and contracted operators.
      • Continuous monitoring of due dates for current and future Base Maintenance Check events using MIS/ TRAX system over a period of at least 5 years.
      • Creation and regular distribution of an up to date annual and quarterly base maintenance plan
      • On time planning of maintenance to be performed in close coordination with the contracted MRO`s, the NCG Network, Engineering and the Operator
      • Creation of work packages and provision to the relevant MRO
      • On-time adjustments of existing work packages in case of operational demands
      • Provision of a preload for spare parts required for base maintenance events and ensure forwarding and processing logistics department
      • Timely coordination of EAT technical and logistics representatives to ensure a constant coverage of all base maintenance events on site
      • Preparation , calculation, control and adaption of the annual budget for planned heavy maintenance B-/C-Checks on EAT and subcontracted fleets in cooperation with finance department
      • Care and distribute the "Base Maintenance Daily Status Report", which reflects the current maintenance progress, planned end date, major findings and their impact on further plannings
      • Continuous monitoring of KPI`s and improvement of existing processes using "First Choice" methods and tools
      • support digital archiving of accomplished work packages
YOUR PROFILE:
      • strong planning and organizational skills

      • motivated, flexible and reliable
      • capable of autonomous work
      • able to work under stress
      • ability to work in a team
      • IT-tools (Microsoft Office), TRAX, AMOS, AIMS
      • Graduated Aerospace, Mechanical Engineer or similar accredited experience in aircraft maintenance or maintenance planning
      • Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation, aircraft, engine or related equipment maintenance
      • very good communication skills in English and German
