The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting product implementation, delivering technical training, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will possess strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat to customers, partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, installation, and configuration issues.
- Support system administration activities including database setup, user management, reporting, and platform configuration.
- Troubleshoot network communication issues and application-related concerns.
- Coordinate product return, replacement, and exchange processes with internal teams.
- Deliver product and technical training to customers, partners, and resellers.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
- Escalate critical or recurring issues to management and appropriate internal departments.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Keep current with product updates, technology developments, and industry trends.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, customer support, helpdesk, service desk, or a similar troubleshooting environment.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch.
- Professional proficiency in German.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch/German.
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methodologies.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar business productivity tools.
- Understanding of databases, system configuration, and network communications.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
