Responsibilities:
- Support the Technical Purchasing team with exciting project-related tasks, particularly in material substitutions, while working closely with various departments
- Assist with and support sample processes in CRM and SAP, as well as collaborate with relevant cross-functional teams
- Independently create Excel-based reports and prepare purchasing data and analyses in a clear and audience-appropriate manner
- Analyze, maintain, and optimize supplier and material master data in SAP, making an important contribution to data quality and process efficiency
- Gain valuable insights into the operational and strategic purchasing processes of an internationally operating company as part of our Purchasing team
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Looking for a mandatory internship of at least five months as part of your study program requirements
- Very good Excel skills, ideally complemented by experience handling, analyzing, and preparing large data sets; initial SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking skills, a structured approach to work, and a high affinity for data
- A proactive and reliable working style, combined with an interest in technical topics and strong teamwork skills
- Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
