• You'llshape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while balancingoverarching technical solutions and individual client circumstances
• You'lldrive groundbreaking projects forward by using agile methods and modernapproaches within the scope of strategic IT implementation for clients and byactively steering the relevant modules
• You'llsmooth the path for tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based onprecise analysis of the specific situation and with current market developmentsand trends such as machine learning in mind
• You'lldesign and optimize unique IT architectures within the framework of enterprisesolution requirements, modern custom software developments, and sustainabledigital solutions, including cyber resilience
• You'll work in an AI-enabled environment - leveraging AI tools on client projects and supporting our clients in building their own AI capabilities.

This is how youmake a difference
• Youcompleted a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a relateddiscipline with higher-than-average grades
• Youhave at least four years of relevant experience in IT Consulting, in the courseof which you implemented transformation and implementation projects in terms ofboth strategy and operations
• Youalso have experience in leading project teams of more than three people
• Youknow exactly what the buzzwords machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps,agile, AI, and robotics mean
• You have initial hands-on experience working with AI tools and are eager to deepen your AI fluency in a professional context.
• Youare familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizationsand IT processes
• Youknow exactly how to put together complex business cases
• Youfeel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contextsand are flexible and willing to travel
• You'regood at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German andEnglish
