In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Architecture
- Ability to create robust Solution Designs and concepts
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management)
- Practical experience with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- Strong knowledge of Integration Architectures (REST/SOAP)
- Ability for Technical Consulting and client communication
- Competence in Business Process Analysis and optimization
- Proficient programming skills in JavaScript
- Understanding of modern Cloud Architectures
- Experience with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
- Specialized knowledge in ServiceNow SOM (Service Operations Management)
Nice-to-Have Skills
