Pleaselist 4 - 5 main tasks & responsibilities
- Positive business impact by ensuring product solutions are positioned according to their value proposition.
- Showcase and demo our product capabilities and support internal enablement of customer-facing teams.
- Gather, synthesize, and communicate customer insights to product stakeholders.
- Improve product adoption, onboarding, and business success.
- Accelerate time-to-value for customers through clear business requirements and use cases.
- A University degree (Bachelor/Master) and/or successfully completed training in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of working experience in technical sales, presales, IT consulting, or IT support
- Very good skills in IT infrastructure, cloud, and messaging technologiesInitial experience with document processing technologies (API integrations, file formats, transformation, routing, archiving) is a plus
