What you'll do

Pleaselist 4 - 5 main tasks & responsibilities

• Provides GTM priorities and market input for PM to define the products from a market perspective.
• Understands buyer personas and their roles in buying centers.
• Provides GTM messaging and content for marketing collaterals, including story and value proposition as well as the description of compelling events, challenges, benefits, differentiation, economic validation, use cases, proof, show the product.
• Cares that products and services are effectively defined and marketed to the target audience via the target channels.
• Conducts market research, tracks market trends and gathers competitor insights and news.
• Provides GTM enablement for sales, business partners, and marketing incl. campaigns, events, webinars.

What you'll need

• A University degree (Bachelor/Master) and/or successfully completed training in business, economics, computer science or engineering (or equivalent years of experience)
• At least 2 years of working experience in the field of marketing, product management or in a comparable field
• Very good skills in
  - written and verbal communications in English and ideally also in German;- being a natural, authentic storyteller and entertainer;
  - ability to analyze and interpret disparate datasets to derive insights;
  - drive and sense of urgency to pro-actively address issues, when GTM activities or product definition are not successful in winning new and expanding business
• Personal Skills
  - strong communciation and presenting skills
  - hands on mentality
  - business and marketing talent
  - willingness to learn, adapt and grow
• Languages: English and German
