What youll do

• Manage Henkel global corporate governance, incl. insider trading, directors' dealings, MB, GA, AR support, restructurings, M&A, etc.
• Act as key point of contact for Finance, Tax, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations
• You will be responsible for Global Insurance programs
• You will be responsible for risk analysis and reporting
