Senior HSE Engineer (m/w/d)

Als Senior HSE Engineer (m/w/d) bei Honeywell sind Sie verantwortlich fur die Zusammenarbeit mit Honeywell-Standorten in der Region, um Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltservices sowie Programme zu unterstutzen und umzusetzen.

HAUPTAUFGABEN

• Unterstutzung und Leitung im Bereich HSE an den Standorten, einschlielich der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
• Durchfuhrung von Ursachenanalysen bei Vorfallen und Erstellung schriftlicher Berichte zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungen.
• Regelmaige Besuche der Standorte zur Uberprufung der Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umwelt-Compliance.
• Teilnahme an Unternehmensprufungen als Auditor und Durchfuhrung von internen Audits.
• Unterstutzung bei der Vorbereitung auf Managementsystem-Tools und Audits; Uberprufung der Konformitat der HSE-Programme.
• Sicherstellung der Integration neuer Standorte in das Honeywell HSEMS.
• Beratung wahrend behordlicher HSE-Besuche an den Standorten.

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Ein Bachelor-Abschluss in HSE / Umweltstudien oder alternativ eine postgraduale HSE-Ausbildung.
• 2-5 Jahre Erfahrung in Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umwelt, Arbeitsschutz oder industrieller Hygiene.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse uber HSE-Managementsysteme oder gleichwertige governance-Frameworks, Vertrautheit mit HSE-Vorschriften, Krisen- und Notfallmanagement.
• Nachweisliche organisatorische, analytische und problemlosende Fahigkeiten.
• Flieende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch.
• Bereitschaft zu reisen (50%-60%, uberwiegend Deutschland und Europa).

As a Senior HSE Engineer (m/f/d) at Honeywell, you are responsible for collaborating with Honeywell locations in the region to support and implement health, safety, and environmental services as well as programs.

MAIN TASKS

• Support and lead in the area of HSE at the locations, including compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
• Conduct root cause analyses in incidents and prepare written reports to prevent recurrence.
• Regular visits to the locations to review safety, health, and environmental compliance.
• Participate in corporate audits as an auditor and conduct internal audits.
• Assist in preparing for management system tools and audits; review the compliance of HSE programs.
• Ensure the integration of new locations into the Honeywell HSEMS.
• Provide counsel during regulatory HSE visits to the locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A bachelor's degree in HSE / Environmental Studies or alternatively a postgraduate HSE qualification.
• 2-5 years of experience in health, safety, and environment, occupational safety, or industrial hygiene.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems or equivalent governance frameworks, familiarity with HSE regulations, crisis, and emergency management.
• Proven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent language skills in English and German.
• Willingness to travel (50%-60%, primarily in Germany and Europe).
