Reference: 490_778970_73a42588-d288-4e6a-9301-a88ea53d2317

Your Core Responsibilities

  • You create high-quality CGI renders and product visualisations for marketing and sales material - including campaign imagery, catalog visuals, brochure assets, digital content, and sales presentations - at a level of craft that reflects the ambition of the NEURA brand.

  • You work with node-based design workflows as a core part of your production practice - using procedural and parametric approaches to build flexible, efficient asset pipelines that can be adapted, iterated, and scaled across formats and markets.

  • Together with the Brand and Art Direction team, you contribute to defining and maintaining the visual language of NEURA's product imagery - helping to establish lighting standards, material treatments, compositional principles, and rendering aesthetics that make our visual output recognisably ours.

  • You model, texture, light, and render product and brand assets with a strong sense of material fidelity and visual storytelling - making complex technology feel precise, desirable, and real.

  • You collaborate closely with the Art Director, Videographer, Product- and Spatial Designer to ensure visual consistency across still imagery, moving image, and physical brand environments - contributing your CGI assets and expertise across the broader creative output of the team.

  • You work with Marketing and Product teams to understand the communication goals behind each asset - translating briefings into visual concepts and delivering outputs that serve both brand and sales objectives.

  • You manage your own production pipeline - from asset preparation and scene setup through rendering, compositing, and final delivery - working efficiently across multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • You stay current with developments in CGI tooling, rendering engines, and procedural workflows - including AI-assisted generation and asset creation - and bring relevant innovations proactively into the team's practice.

What We Can Look Forward To

  • You bring solid professional experience as a CGI artist or 3D visualizer, with a portfolio that demonstrates high-end product or brand visualisation work at a quality level relevant to premium marketing and advertising contexts.

  • You are highly proficient in node-based design workflows - working procedurally and parametrically in tools such as Blender (Geometry Nodes, Shader Editor), Houdini, or equivalent - and use this approach as a natural part of how you work rather than an occasional technique.

  • You have a strong command of 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, and you understand how these elements work together to produce imagery that communicates both product detail and brand quality.

  • You have a refined feel for material fidelity - surfaces, reflections, light behaviour - and the visual precision to render products in a way that is technically accurate and visually compelling.

  • You are experienced with rendering engines such as Cycles, Arnold, V-Ray, Redshift, or similar, and comfortable with compositing workflows in tools like After Effects or Nuke.

  • You understand how CGI assets integrate into broader marketing and brand design workflows - and can work collaboratively with art directors, designers, and marketers to deliver against shared creative briefs.

  • You are self-directed and organised in managing complex asset pipelines and production schedules across multiple concurrent projects.

  • A sense for brand aesthetics and visual communication is as important to you as technical mastery - you care not just about how something is made, but about what it communicates and how it feels.

  • You communicate clearly and confidently in English; German is an advantage.

  • You are comfortable integrating AI-assisted tools into your CGI workflow where they add genuine value to speed, quality, or creative exploration.
