About this Position
In this role you will drive the company'ssustainability strategy and reputation in alignment with business goals andshape the strategic sustainability narrative for Henkel Adhesive Technologies.You will translate sustainability ambition and achievements into clear,engaging communication, positioning sustainability as a key value driver forbusiness growth, strengthening our thought leadership, and reinforcingAdhesive Technologies' positioning as a sustainability leader for customers,partners and stakeholders.
What youll do
- Strengthen Henkel's profile as a sustainability leader by shaping and amplifying compelling global sustainability narratives, success stories, and thought leadership across internal and external channels.
- Translate complex sustainability, innovation, and regulatory topics into clear, compelling, and business-relevant stories that demonstrate customer value, commercial impact, competitive advantage, and growth opportunities.
- Design and deliver strategic global and regional engagement programs, including customer events, executive forums, workshops, and learning experiences that foster collaboration, strengthen capabilities, and accelerate sustainability adoption.
- Empower employees and business teams to confidently communicate sustainability by developing impactful communication campaigns, capability-building initiatives, and activation programs that drive awareness, engagement, and behavioral change.
- Partner with senior leaders across businesses, functions, and regions to advance sustainability priorities, influence decision-making, and build organizational alignment.
- Challenge conventional approaches and continuously evolve how sustainability is communicated and experienced by introducing creative formats, innovative engagement strategies, and new ways of working.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the sustainability function and help shape the future sustainability agenda of Henkel Adhesive Technologies.
