Internship HR HCB Strategy, Cultural Transformation & Diversity

What youll do

• Contribute to Strategy & Culture Transformation projects and daily tasks
• Drive the global Henkel Consumer Brands' (HCB) organizational health initiative, "High Performing Teams" (HPT)
• Analyze employee sentiment, identify key themes, and create training material packages to support teams
• Maintain and update culture- and diversity-related data and metrics, including reporting
• Review and develop talent programs through research, concept development, and presentation building
• Create internal communications related to culture and diversity initiatives, e.g. HCB Newsletter, DEI SharePoint, etc.
