What youll do

• Lead and develop a team of Data Scientists, taking pride in solving complex business challenges and delivering high-quality data products
• Translate business goals into analytics objectives and execute transition from proof of concept to scalable production solutions in close collaboration with cross-functional product teams
• Lead product teams in executing our Data & Analytics strategy while fostering an agile mindset and a culture of continuous learning, integrity, and shared accountability
• Explore emerging technologies with curiosity and passion, identifying opportunities to unlock their full potential and create business value
• Act as both a technical mentor and people manager, supporting the professional and personal growth of your team members
• Advance your team's expertise, continuously deepen your knowledge to claim thought leadership in Data Science
• Establish yourself as a Data Science ambassador across business units and functions
